To delete your account and data, email us. There is no fee, and we will confirm by email once it is done.

How it works
- Email us from the address registered to your PLX Network account, with the subject "Delete my Creator Hub account".
- Include your 8-digit ID and username.
- We reply to confirm the request is yours. We may ask a question to verify.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your login and password
- Your Creator Hub profile (ID, username, email, name)
- Linked platforms and profile URLs
- Submitted posts and review history
- Notifications
What we keep
- Minimal reward records (amounts and dates) needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons
- Rewards already credited stay in your PLX Network balance
Good to know
- Deletion is permanent. Pending submissions are cancelled, and rewards not yet approved are not paid.
- Deleting your Creator Hub account does not delete your PLX Network account. To delete that too, say so in your email.
- To unlink one platform or remove specific data only, email us and tell us what to remove.
- If you can no longer reach your registered email, write from any address with your ID and username. We will ask for extra verification.
